3 Reasons to Visit Providence on Vacation
One of the best things about being bi-coastal has been getting to visit all of the surrounding areas/states on each coast. Since New York is still pretty new to me, I’ve spent a lot of time over the last year exploring neighboring destinations (especially since they are so close!). Providence, RI is one that’s DEFINITELY on my list (hello clams casino, which should be devoured based on name alone). And if clams aren’t your thing … here’s just a few more reasons!
Providence, Rhode Island is one of the most beautiful cities on the East Coast. Being one of the largest cities on this side of the country, Providence doesn’t get nearly as much credit as nearby cities like Boston and Worcester. With beautiful scenery, incredible buildings, and not to mention the luxury of experiencing all four seasons, the city of Providence has a lot to offer.
